Description
Have you stuck to your new year resolutions? If you haven’t, do not fear! We may see 1 January as the beginning of a new chapter, but the Chinese celebrate the beginning of a new lunar year somewhere between the end of January and the end of February. So if you’ve given up on your New Year resolutions, you can try again after Chinese New Year!
But I reckon that new beginnings don’t have to be around New Year. We should see every day as a new opportunity to try something new or start good habits. It’s never too late to learn a new language, take up a new hobby, exercise more, or eat healthier for example. You never have to wait to improve yourself. All you have to do is decide to do it and then just do it!
